LPWM Expands to Cover 3 Northern Counties

At the LEC meeting on May 13th during the state convention, it was decided that the LPWM expand to cover Lake, Mason, and Osceola counties.

The LPWM, as of May 13th, is now comprised of thirteen counties with the addition of the northern Michigan counties of Lake, Mason, and Osceola. Previously, Libertarian members in those counties did not have access to local news, events, or campaign organizations. The hope is that once the membership in the northern counties becomes set in place and stable it may one day form its own afilliate. Until that time, however, the LPWM will offer its infrastructure (web site hosting), information services (newsletter), and knowledge (campaign coordination, etc.)
